Amelia Foster Physical Therapy

Amelia Foster is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in the treatment of pelvic health and complex chronic pain conditions. She works with people of all genders across the lifespan focusing on a holistic blend of interventions such as mindful movement (yoga and pilates), mindfulness and meditation practices, hands-on manual therapies (myofascial release and visceral manipulation).  In addition to physical therapy, she offers Health Coaching services for those seeking guidance and structure in reaching their wellness goals.
